The Malibu Club is a stunning two story stand-alone building that is part of the Marina Del Rey Shared Facilities Complex. The main objective of this project was to maintain a competitive edge in the Waterfront condominium marketplace. With its high ceilings and strong axial design, this space offered an opportunity to create warmth and drama through the use of highly textured materials and deep rich colours.
